"This particular piece is a rendition of my desire to display my intrigue of a glacier mountain.  The respite of this idyllic European forest has a mystical value and yet offers calmness as a result of the cohesion between the mountain peak and water stream.  It shows a variety of mountains and trees."
"I have always enjoyed painting actual locations where majestic mountains are reflected in the beautiful bodies of water that accompany them.  This location is located inside Kings Canyon National Park in California located south of Yosemite National Park."
"I enjoy hiking and taking walks along the picturesque Appalachian Trail.  I feel it is necessary to take the time to recharge one’s well being and peace of mind.  In this painting, I would like to invite you to take a walk with me along this 'tranquil path.'  Use all your senses to enjoy the wholesome array of character this autumn painting has to offer."
"A picturesque scene that can be found in the western United States where a crystal lake has postured the reflections of a distant glacier mountain range as well as an adjacent mountain range with its alpine forest.  Since a Ponderosa Pine covers the outermost perimeter of the painting, the perspective is so true that it has three-dimensional depth and gives the illusion that you are looking out your window."
"Here I have captured the beauty as well as the dangers associated with Mount Hood.  One of the world’s famous mountains Mount Hood is presently an inactive volcano in the Cascade Mountain Range of northern Oregon.  It is located about 30 miles south of the Columbia River and is Oregon’s highest point at 11,249 feet.  Please note the reflection of the glaciers on the slopes of Mount Hood in Trillium Lake."
"It is my staunch desire for you to be able to step onto the pier and enjoy this vibrant lakeside view with the sweet morning greetings of the birds and hear their songs and perhaps take the boat and escape deeper into paradise. Pastel colors blend into rich, dark umbers which then give the painting different looks as the intensity of the hues change in direct proportion to the variation of the illumination in the room."
"Because of the vast size of the rock formation it is hard to comprehend that sometimes sites are obscure - but this is the case of the Royal Arches as seen here from Yosemite Valley. Eric has captured this hidden gem with Half Dome shown in the distance. Eric's combinatin of a vibrant color scheme and his technical skills brings out the ever-present awesomeness to be found in the park after the dawn's dew has evaporated during a late spring morning."
